3. Service Booking & Payments
Users can book services via our website/app.
Pricing is as displayed at the time of booking; additional charges may apply for extra requests.
Payments must be made online (UPI, cards, net banking, etc.) or in cash as per the service provider’s policy.
Refunds/cancellations are subject to our Cancellation Policy (refer to Section 6).
4. Service Provider Responsibility
Service providers are verified, but we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in background checks.
Service providers must carry valid ID proof and adhere to professional conduct.
Users must provide a safe and appropriate working environment.
5. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate details (address, contact, service requirements).
Treat service providers with respect; any misconduct may lead to service termination.
Ensure valuables/pets are secured during service.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made within '6' hours of booking may incur charges.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a penalty.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days.
7. Liability & Disclaimers
We act as an intermediary between users and service providers.
We are not liable for:
Damages/losses due to service provider actions.
Incorrect information provided by users.
Third-party website links on our platform.
Users must verify service providers' credentials at their own discretion.
8. Privacy Policy
User data is collected as per our Privacy Policy (link provided separately).
We do not sell user data but may share it with service providers for service fulfillment.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content (logos, text, graphics) is owned by [Your Company Name].
Unauthorized use/copying is prohibited.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend/terminate access for violations of these terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
